Speech-Language Sessions for Children and Adults

Accent Reduction Therapy: Work one-on-one with a speech pathologist to help increase your intelligibility. Call for costs.
Sensory and OT Classes for Children
Child Yoga: Build core strength, gross motor skills, balance and concentration. Cost is $300 for the six-class session.
Sensory Processing Play: Addresses sensory issues specific to your child’s needs through fun hands- on activities. Cost is $300 for the six-class session. Hour-long classes by occupational therapist are run two days a week for three weeks, after school for students, and in the morning for pre-schoolers. Minimum class size is three (3) children and maximum is five (5).
ABC Handwriting Clinic: Build hand strength with a multi-sensory approach, improve fine motor skills, and handwriting stroke development. Pre-school to grade 8 welcome. Cost is $320 for 45 minutes/wk for 8 weeks
Classes for Parents and Teachers
Adult classes are after school or on the weekends. Enrollment minimum is four (4) with a maximum of eight (8).

Teaching Handwriting Basics: Learn how to improve student handwriting with these lesson plans written and taught by an occupational therapist. Cost is $100 for two 90 minute classes. SB-CEUs may be available.
Learn How to Brush Your Child: Our therapist will teach you how to use this technique at home. Brushing helps children to improve attention, to accept changes in routines, and to tolerate stressful situations. Cost is $80 for two 45 minute classes. Brush included.
How to Interact with Students with Special Needs: Learn ways to keep your general education classroom or home productive for all students. Cost is $120 for three one-hour classes. SB-CEUs may be available.
Educational Workshops: Hands-on workshops give you BIG Ideas for activities and SB-CEUs (pending approval).

1. Awesome Authors teaches how to use manipulatives with popular children’s stories.
2. What’s up Jack? Uses interactive charts with Mother Goose rhymes: Jack ‘n Jill, Jack Be Nimble, Little Jack Horner
Winning Writers
1. Wee Writers develops the writing process for our youngest authors.
2. Poet Tree creates weekly rhymes paired with artwork that is posted on a Poet Tree
