2025 Therapeutic Play & Learn Groups are here! This is the second week of the second session. We are excited for the children of Kent County to come together and play with one another at the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan.
The Ready by Five Early Childhood Millage helps children in Kent County enter kindergarten healthy and ready to learn and succeed. Ready by Five provides dedicated funding for evidence-based programs that improve childhood health, school readiness, and well-being. More than 14,000 young children and parents, from every zip code in Kent County, participated in these programs last year. Many more were supported with information about early childhood.
We want to thank the community for overwhelmingly voting to renew the millage through 2031. We also want to extend a big thank you to service provider partners, donors, and supporters who continue to advocate for Kent County’s youngest children.
