Each year, the Kent ISD holds conference for parents called LEAP: Lead/Empower/Assist Parents. LEAP is designed to provide parents and providers of children with special needs a day to learn new strategies and community resources to help their children. This year, CTC was a sponsor and our own Rhonda Hines, Teresa Bosley, Michelle St. Aubin, and Valerie Wieten presented.
