Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy is looking for and working on things like how well an individual moves and what we can do to improve function and mobility, while addressing sensory limitations to mobility. The goal is to improve mobility and efficiency in order to participate as fully as possible with peers in every area of life, whether that is at school, home, work, etc.

We can diagnose a child with developmental motor or coordination delays OR we can help figure out what skills your child or loved one needs to work on if they already have a diagnosis like Down Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, and more.

Just as it is not possible to separate the parts of the child, it is also not possible to separate much of the therapy needed to improve play and work. A variety of methods are used for the child’s growth.
